Coaching Sessions --- two - 50-minute coaching sessions – where we will cover the basic questions – plus any questions that are a problem or concern for you. I will record your answers and play them back when I think that you will benefit from hearing yourself. I have found that my clients are their hardest critics.

Personal Statement Written for You ---I will personally write “Your 5 points” so that you can answer any question that fall into the “Tell me about yourself” category based on the information from the exercises you do for our first session.

I send this to you by email and this becomes your “road map” or “product brochure” to refer to when you are asked questions about yourself.

My clients find this to be an extremely helpful tool and really seem to appreciate my ability to summarize their strengths to help them focus.
