very straight forward with my advice
- with the intention of improving your
delivery and getting you ready to pass
the interview. I am tough but also very
supportive. I help to prepare you for
a very intense interview session. One

"The first
time I did phase II I failed
much to my surprise.
So,
having only one more shot I
couldn’t afford not to hire
Carole and it was the best move
I made. I only wish I
had hired her before I did it
the first time because if I
had, I’d be through the academy
and my first duty assignment
by now.
Notwithstanding, thanks to Carole
it became crystal clear to me
why I failed the first time.
I failed because I prepared
for phase II like it was a civilian
job interview, a military board,
and a civilian law enforcement
interview, but it’s not one
of those; it’s an FBI phase
II interview and that is what
Carole helped me prepare for.
Prior
to hiring Carole I also received
help from other people I respect,
a PhD in Business Administration
who was a professor as well
as a senior advisor to a couple
previous POTUS’, not to mention
another friend who already passed
phase II. But, it was
